computer hardware returns
customers have the right to return unopened computer hardware within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original, sealed packaging.

asic miner hardware returns
please note that returns of asic miner hardware are not accepted due to the nature of these products. asic miners are intended for profit generation and their market value is extremely volatile, sometimes experiencing significant fluctuations within a single day.
shipping your return
it is crucial that returned items are shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure their safe and documented return to our warehouse. we recommend using a reputable shipping provider to facilitate this.
returning goods should include purchase invoice and description for a reason of return.
if shipping costs are a concern, you may consider using a shipping broker like parcel2go or a similar service available in your country. these platforms often provide more affordable shipping options by comparing prices across various carriers. return shipping for faulty is customers responsibility , shipment outside eu please declare 1usd and as return for repair. dont use postal service.
All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase and be sent back in the original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
items that are returned damaged, opened, or in a non-resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
asic miner return policy:
no refunds: asic miners are sold under specific conditions and are non-refundable.
doa: if the device is dead on arrival (doa), we cover return shipping. report this issue immediately.
3-day rule: if no fault is reported within 3 days, responsibility for the device lies with the buyer.
user damage: devices damaged due to misuse will not be covered. shipping costs for returns will be the buyer’s responsibility.
devices violated manufacturer guidlines for warranty wont be accepted.
exchanges and refunds
